Organized by 24 contemporary art galleries, Art Show: Galleries United, which will open with a preview on February 20, 2024, will take place between February 21-25, 2024, at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul, Block-B Fulya Entrance. The Turkish representatives of the galleries, which occupy a prominent position in the contemporary art scene, are adopting a solidarity-oriented exhibition model with the power of being together, as well as taking on specific roles in the organization of the event. The exhibition, which will be realized with the support of institutions and brands that value art, aims to establish an intense and productive dialogue with the audience, art professionals and culture and art actors through a dynamic program and talk series. The event, which is shaped by the desire to exhibit in a collaborative and egalitarian art environment based on similar thoughts and expectations, can be visited free of charge.
Galeri 77 is participating in this special event with the exciting works of artists Gayane Avetissian, Bayram Demir, Sedat Girgin, Armen Hakobjanyan, Mehmet Resul Kaçar, Roman Kakoyan, Mesut Karakış, David Martirosyan, Armén Rotch, Kirkor Sahakoğlu and Halil Sercan Tunalı in a variety of styles and techniques, meticulously curated by the gallery and aiming to offer the viewer a wide range of diversity through the works of 11 artists. This special selection not only reflects Galeri 77's understanding of art and its identity as one of the leading galleries in Istanbul, but also reveals the formal and intellectual richness of contemporary art.
